Handle terms
A handle is an address a person or organization can be found at. These are the rules that keep it theirs.
- Impersonating a person or organization is prohibited. A publication that does so is void from the start: its pages are removed and its address returns 410, and the name is returned to the person or organization it identifies — the handle is not tombstoned, so the real owner can still claim it.
- A name held only to keep someone else from having it — parked, with nothing genuinely published or kept under it — may be reclaimed by the person or organization it identifies, on request and with notice.
- Handles are free, non-transferable, and never sold. Ctrl AI does not auction names, charge for claims, or permit their transfer between accounts.
